RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at sharonsawicki@gmail.com and provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return.
Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and must include all accessories and documentation. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, unless there is a defect in the product.
REFUNDS POLICY
